We as women are often so busy doing that we forget to take time to just be.

Doing is goal-oriented. In doing mode, we are driven to decrease the gap between the way things are and how we want them to be. We are narrowly focused on how things are progressing toward our goals.

Doing helps us get things done, but it may lead to dissatisfaction. Being helps us switch gears from “go mode” to “be mode.”

Being is Experiential



It is about accepting and allowing things to be as they are without trying to change them.

When we are present, we are open to possibilities.

It’s exhausting to constantly be in a state of doing. Give up the chase and drop into the experience of now.
